It’s mentioned in Webster’s 1913 dictionary and there are several hits on GoogleBooks, though not necessarily with the noun meaning of ‘farrow’ but sometimes with the verb and adjective meanings, or with the variant spelling and pronunciation ‘ferry’ (eg. [1], [2],[3],[4],[5](he oddly uses ‘little’ to mean ‘litter’, maybe just a misprint?). Wright’s main dialect dictionary has every variant spelling and meaning of ‘farrow’ except ‘farry’ at its farrow entry but it does have it meaning litter under its entry for hilt (a dialect from of gilt(etymology 2) that we don’t currently have an entry for)[6].
