Regarding the verb usage of this word:

The source of the term is the combination of the two words "feed" and "back". Feed playing the role of the verb, and back playing the role of the adverb. When changing a verb's tense, you don't change the adverb in any way, you change the verb itself. So in this case, you'd change the "feed" verb to "fed", and leave "back" unchanged. To say "feed backed" would be incorrect obviously, so to say, "feedbacked" would also be incorrect.

It also just sounds wrong, because of the reason I listed above, but especially since when saying the word, it's nigh impossible to differentiate between saying "feed backed" and "feedbacked".

I think the examples should be changed to "fedback" and the "usage notes" should say "feedbacked" is an alternative and acceptable use.

It depends on usage, google books:"feedbacked" seems to get enough hits so it can't be deleted, but it could be classed as nonstandard. But the whole verb is nonstandard, isn't it? The verb is feed back. Also don't just change the headword of feedbacked to fedback, as that breaks the entry, making it useless at best. --Mglovesfun (talk) 16:07, 25 May 2011 (UTC)

NeilIreson I wholeheartedly agree. Also looking at usaged (Ngram viewer) fedback is used an order of magnitude more frequently than feedbacked.
