- Neues Jahr is unproscribed since 2017 (maybe again unproscribed?)
- frohes Neues Jahr could exist, and wouldn't be proscribed anymore by the above
- In e-book previews at google there is also Frohes Neues Jahr, that is inside of sentences like "... ein Frohes Neues Jahr ...". This should still be proscribed, but could exist (especially since 1996)
