UK slang[edit]

There is, supposedly, a UK slang sense of ghostbuster, referring to an Inland Revenue employee assigned to detect and pursue "tax ghosts", whatever they are — perhaps fictional entities invented to avoid paying tax. It's in Chambers. Equinox 00:21, 20 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
