Is the example correct? I thought <gh> would not be <f>. Examples of allographs of <f> are f, ƒ, ᶂ, f, ƒ, , f, ƒ, ᶂ, f, ƒ, , and any written graph that an English reader recognises as <f> (an allophone of /p/ is any spoken phone that an English speaker recognises as /p/).
