Redundancy[edit]

In this edit, based on guidance from alternative spellings and using color vs. colour as a template, I moved the duplicate contents in this page to gray along with any unique content that could be fairly used exchangeably in both entries (e.g. translations). This was in part based on gray being the more common spelling now according to Google Ngram. I'd argue this move would allow editors to expand the now-main variant without having to tediously duplicate their contributions here, which I noticed was the case already (e.g. here and here). Please let me know in case you don't agree with the move. Assem Khidhr (talk) 04:34, 21 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Is this only British English?[edit]

Just wondering. Ineedhjalp (talk) 23:17, 4 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Commonwealth in general, and is sometimes seen in the U.S. moreso than some other spelling variants like -our. DAVilla 06:17, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

Colorful image[edit]

While I appreciate a range, the included image shows at least a couple of colors I wouldn't consider to be gray. DAVilla 06:17, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply

I think they're all grey but not necessarily when put next to each other on a white background. Seeing something against blue, or pink, can really change the way your brain sees it. Equinox 06:23, 13 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
