e/c @Metaknowledge This is evidently خَنِيث (ḵanīṯ), which properly means "effeminate". This particular form is not found in Hans Wehr's dictionary, which instead has خَنِث (ḵaniṯ) with a short /i/, but it is common on the Internet and found in the Arabic wikipedia.
