Another meaning

Only subtly different, but... I've also been hearing the word to mean the process of launching a system (putting it into use), rather than the process of actually creating the system. Has anyone else heard this, and does it need to be cited to be added here? --Jezmck 12:41, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
