It is not quite "normal" Spanish, though, just like English break glass (as in,IN CASE OF EMERGENCY BREAK GLASS) is grammatically not fully standard, but a telegram-style command. Normally, one would expect “iniciar la sesión”. Also, I think the infinitive here is in most uses the colloquial use of the infinitive instead of the imperative V-form (“V” as in T-V distinction); see Spanish grammar §Vosotros imperative: -ar for -ad on Wikipedia.  --Lambiam 18:26, 25 September 2020 (UTC)Reply
