Localised anaemia[edit]

This ischemia entry's current definition includes

"localised anaemia due to mechanical obstruction"

but the entry for anemia defines it as

the condition where "the capacity of the blood to transport oxygen to the tissues is reduced, either because of too few red blood cells, or because of too little hemoglobin" (or the disease giving rise to this condition),

and marks the synonymous usage with ischemia/ischaemia as "obsolete".
