- I'm sure of it. I can remember my mom using "iskul-bukol" on my classmates who often fail. And perhaps in some teen-oriented movies or teleseryes. TagaSanPedroAko (talk) 01:53, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
- @TagaSanPedroAko: I'm looking at instances online where the term is used and the second definition somehow fits, like a slow learner.
