I've only ever seen this as (deprecated template usage) Künstlerroman, and I say this is a misspelling. Is it actually used like this, with a single R? Ƿidsiþ 09:12, 27 May 2010 (UTC)

Perhaps not very common, but I can see book usage: [1] My inclination is to use "common misspelling of". Equinox ◑ 09:27, 27 May 2010 (UTC)
