Apparently a British variant of like a million bucks/dollars. I've got a few usages at Citations:like a million pounds (not all durably archived, I know). It's very rare and I'm not convinced it's dictionary material even if we can cite it. Julia 01:42, 11 February 2020 (UTC)Reply

The bucks version says it's used with look and feel. In GBooks I can see perhaps 3 or 4 for look and none for feel (of course we don't count "I feel like a million pounds [of weight] has been lifted off" etc., since this entry is meant to be a currency metaphor). While many of the citations are not durably archived, at least three of them are, so I would say it's cited Kiwima (talk) 22:06, 11 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
Well, maybe citeable but not cited. The entry doesn't even exist yet, let alone our local copy of the citations. (Weird bringing a term here that doesn't have an entry yet.) Equinox 22:08, 11 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
But Citations:like a million pounds does exist, and so we do have a local copy of the citations. Kiwima (talk) 22:44, 11 February 2020 (UTC)Reply
