From Latin LONGUS, which means long, and Castilianized in its ancient form derives in the adjective LUENGO. LUENGO is found in numerous places of Hispanic toponymy and is also a reference for a certain physical characteristic; tall Surname of different unrelated lineages and Hispanic Jews. For example: Solomon LUENGO (aka GOMAR) in 1313 by profession, a resident, in Zaragoza. Abadías el LUENGO, Huesca 1,492. JENTO el LUENGO, from Pamplona in whose Jewish quarter he owned a house in 1,426. Geographical space; Spain, Argentina, France, Norway, Belgium,Venezuela USA and other countries in central Europe including Great Britain.

This is an unreadable mess, which is why I reverted your edit. Please look at some etymologies in similar entries, as well as our entry layout page to learn how to format it properly. Also, this looks like an exact copy of the source, except for the translation. It's not quite clear-cut as copyright violation, but it it may be one, anyway. Finally, there's a lot of extra information that doesn't belong in a dictionary entry: a dictionary is about the word itself and its history, not about the people it refers to or about their history.
