I don't know about that "ennui" meaning, but "mehs" should exist as the plural of "meh" (comparable to yeses and nos). bd2412 T 17:14, 24 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
I have added a sense for the plural of "meh" (in the sense of boredom or being unimpressed) with three citations. I think what the entry creator was going for was probably something more like the meaning in the phrase, "case of the mehs", as in "'The Dark Tower' Movie Review", Showbiz Junkies, August 4, 2017: "Ordinary rather than extraordinary and average rather than epic, the much-anticipated The Dark Tower feature film suffers from a case of the mehs". bd2412 T 18:18, 24 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
