Douglas Wilson Johnson (1878–1944), American geologist, coined and used the term pastplain to refer to "a peneplain which has been uplifted and now shows the initial stage of dissection" (that definition is from Goudie's Encyclopedia of Geomorphology); I don't think it quite meets CFI though.
