Dictionary with this word?

I have heard platicar a lot in Mexico but am unable to find a dictionary that defines it. Namely I checked RAE, Larousse, and Google's "define:" keyword. Is there a dictionary that lists it? Is it a Mexicanism? (When I first heard it I assumed it to be practicar with a Carribean accent, which caused me a bit of confusion.  :-P) –Andyluciano 22:22, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
