pollotarian from pollo, this says Italian. Is it Italilan pollo, or is it Spanish pollo. Considering that California, source of many dietary restrictions, has a large number of Spanish-speakers, is this Italian or Spanish pollo? -- 65.92.246.142 16:56, 22 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
