Is the personal masculine plural not powaźni? Is there a set of rules that govern when the softening does or does not extend to the whole preceding consonant cluster? Rezecib 01:05, 7 October 2010 (UTC)

"poważni" is the correct form. Usually only the last consonant is palatalized, except of cases where "s" or "z" is a penultimate consonant like in "-sty" > "-ści", "-sny" > "-śni", "-zny" > "źni", "-sły" > "-śli", "-zły" > "-źli". Maro 19:28, 26 November 2010 (UTC)
