Used in English to mean based on facts[edit]

'Classical liberalism, far from being a dogma, is a pragma.', written by Daniel Hannan in https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/2023/05/20/the-conservative-coalition-is-falling-apart-too-many-tories/. He is arguing a dogma is a belief without regard to fact and saying a pragma is the opposite. I think that means another meaning other than the computer directive should be given.
