"procliven"?[edit]

Can an individual be "procliven" to do something? Seems like a rational conjugation of the word proclivity. I've never seen it, but the word pops into my mind occasionally. Certainly we know a person can have a proclivity to do something, just thought I'd pose this question to the greater minds.
