Where does the sense as protons/charge come from?[edit]
Hi, I'm trying to provide some examples for each of the senses. I can't find any examples of proto- being used to indicate protons or positive change unless you count words that are derived from proton (e.g. protonic). Googling "proto- chemistry", "proto- prefix chemistry", "proto- prefix proton" have not yielded me anything. Can anybody provide an example of this sense? Intersets (talk) 01:59, 1 March 2024 (UTC)
