Ruche, ruching[edit]

I added further descriptive information about this word/technique. I also know, from my work directly with Martha Pullen, a businesses woman widely considered to be the premiere national/international expert on heirloom sewing, that this French term is believed to have originated and began to be used between 1820 - 1830.

I, also, have photos showing this technique and type of heirloom sewing.

I realize and recognize you are all highly intelligent in your field as I am in mine. I cannot locate instructions on how to add this additional information. I'm not sure the information I added was done correctly, however, I'm willing to learn. I am not a "dictionarian" (?) - that is far outside my comfort zone.

Please advise, anyone? Msflair (talk) 17:44, 7 September 2015 (UTC)Reply
