Interesting composite but seems like a protologism. No usage given, no meaningful search results (incl for scum-breath). +sj + 20:00, 13 July 2023 (UTC)Reply

I think this word is often used by people who wish to make to clear their intent to insult but prefer to avoid obscene words. Plenty of usages on Google Books easy enough to turn up. In what way are they not meaningful? Soap 02:06, 14 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Given that I can find examples going back to the 1980s (in [1]) it is certainly not a protologism. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 00:43, 16 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
Cited the singular (note variants with space/hyphen). I don't believe the plural is attested at all though. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 01:47, 16 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
RFV-passed, at least for the singular. I've marked the entry as "plural not attested". —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 13:18, 23 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
