So our definition needs to be replaced by the meaning we can infer from the post-Carroll cites. It seems to no longer be a nonce and deserving of something other than a non-gloss definition, which was more in the nature of an etymology anyway. DCDuring (talk) 04:41, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
