I've added 3(+1) cites to Citations:stagma, though I'm not sure of the correct definition. OED2 cites three old dictionaries with various glosses. Einstein2 (talk) 15:09, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
Just to note, the liquor in the original gloss is meant in the obsolete generic "liquid" sense, not alcohol etc. I've changed it to "a distilled liquid" which I think is cited with @Einstein2's cites. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 17:58, 1 August 2023 (UTC)Reply
