Yet another obsolete dictionary-only term. The definition says "any distilled liquor", but it seems to mean "anything distilled", and I see one reference to sulphur salts. Chuck Entz (talk) 04:29, 31 July 2023 (UTC)

I've added 3(+1) cites to Citations:stagma, though I'm not sure of the correct definition. OED2 cites three old dictionaries with various glosses. Einstein2 (talk) 15:09, 1 August 2023 (UTC)

Just to note, the liquor in the original gloss is meant in the obsolete generic "liquid" sense, not alcohol etc. I've changed it to "a distilled liquid" which I think is cited with @Einstein2's cites. —Al-Muqanna المقنع (talk) 17:58, 1 August 2023 (UTC)
