euphemism[edit]

not sure if its worth mentioning but i just remembered a political candidate who "ran successfully" against his opponent. By that, he meant that he had lost, but he had indeed run a campaign! This is so deceptive that I wonder if we're better off not listing it. Soap 20:57, 22 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
