The Faroese teir - like the other forms of tann - may be employed as a personal pronoun ("they"), a demonstrative pronoun ("those"), a determinatie pronoun ("the...(which)", or as a definite article ("the"). The declension is the same for all these uses, which actually often are not that easily distinguished.

Sholuld all this information go into this place, and into the entries for the other forms of tann, too; or should it be collected in one place (like the entry tann), with references to this treatment from each form? JoergenB (talk) 13:26, 27 July 2014 (UTC)Reply
