I'm most familiar with seeing this refering to written works that claim to be true-life stories (e.g. true-life romance). However, I'm not sure I'd believe it wasn't at least highly fictionalized. I',m not sure if any of this belongs in a usage-note or etymology. RJFJR 15:16, 29 July 2007 (UTC)Reply
