I don't know if "homesick" is quite right. We used it to describe a missionary that, after his last transfer, was not focusing as much on the work/didn't really have their head in the game anymore. Not really because they were homesick per se, just busy imagining their post-mission life. -anon

2003 citation does not quite match definition
