Yes, @Nicodene. It's attested in the Galician translation of the "Liber de medicina equorum" of Jordanus Ruffus, elaborated circa 1409 in Baiona, in the SW of Galicia and not far from the frontier with Portugal (the last place were you would expect Leonese influence):
"fazese ende ũa peça de carne poçoenta que chega aos osos e sal vinino ou agoa" "Item. Tallarás o polmo darredor e tiral·lo ás todo de reiz e, el tirado,
fende a danadura da parte u máis pender por se non retẽer o vinino nen outra cousa de podrẽe na chaga"
