Improvements

I’ve improved this entry by linking to singular forms of synonyms where possible (such as gym shoe instead of gym shoes) and I’ve removed the rather redundant and inconsistently added ‘chiefly plural’ tags and some incorrect ‘only plural’ tags - after all it’s the nature of shoes that they’re bought in pairs and worn in pairs not individually, so are always ‘chiefly plural’. For some terms listed here we don’t have singular forms on Wiktionary to link to and in fact they’re listed as ‘only plural’ - this seems plausible when the singular form might lead to confusion such as cleats, spikes, studs, kicks and Nikes but I doubt it’s true for canvers, creps and gutties, so this could do with further investigation.
