  • i → /e/ finally, Johor–Selangor only, in closed syllables.
sákit → /ˈsakit/ → /ˈsaket/

Stress[edit]

The stress follows the "penultimate mora" rule (while the results are very similar to the "penultimate syllable" rule). Here is the rules:

  1. Final closed syllables are regarded as one mora.
