Khmer transliteration test cases[edit]

@Benwing2, @Theknightwho: Hi.

I have started slowly making Khmer test cases as well. Please take a look.

The punctuation symbol fails to transliterate by {{km-x}}/{{km-xi}}, so I had to remove it from the test cases. It should give "." (full stop). Are you able to fix it? But there will be other symbols to handle.

Using the regular templates:

ជម្រាបសួរ ខ្ញុំឈ្មោះ សាន់សុផល
cumriəp suə · khñom chmŭəh · san sophɑl.
Hello, my name is San Sophal.

@Atitarev Thanks! I'm going to start with Thai because I am more familiar with it and have already written most of the language-specific code. I assume the Khmer code will be similar to the Thai code. Benwing2 (talk) 00:34, 9 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing2: Fair enough, thanks. My mention of the ។-problem is about the current module, though. The module tries to find a pronunciation for it but fails. Instead, it should simply transliterate it as ".". The symbol is too common. Unlike Thai, Khmer sentences normally end with ។. Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 22:25, 9 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Atitarev OK, I'll take a look. Benwing2 (talk) 22:32, 9 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
@Benwing2: Thanks, I will be able to fix my test cases with correct spellings then. Anatoli T. (обсудить/вклад) 22:44, 9 December 2023 (UTC)Reply
