Hello Nick.

  1. Chiill should be Chill
  2. Three words being defined need three articles
  3. Welcome aboard anyway.

Stubs[edit]

OK Nick, I have expanded chill and created chilly and chilling. I shall leave chill out to you. SemperBlotto 11:12, 8 Mar 2005 (UTC)

In broadcaster you have defined broadcasting ! SemperBlotto 07:08, 5 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Oops. Now fixed. Nick1nildram 07:31, 5 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

redirecting to a transwiki[edit]

Please don't redirect TO a transwiki article. They are temporary and will either be renamed or deleted. I'll sort it out this time. Cheers. SemperBlotto 16:57, 10 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

RFDs[edit]

Nick, When you're done flagging articles for RFD (and you have some excellent candidates, I think), could you please list them in WT:RFD so they'll get the attention they need to get cleaned up or deleted? Thanks. --Dvortygirl 04:36, 13 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Now done. I usually delay slightly because:
  1. Often an admin will notice the rfd template and deletion quickly follows
  2. If I find several RFD candidates I can add them all with a single edit
A question: Who is responsible for deleting entries from WT:RFD? -- Nick1nildram 10:25, 13 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Nick,

Thank you for going to the trouble of adding a cleanup label to sum. In due course maybe somebody will come along to do the work that the entry needs. We're all volunteers here and the only reason I see not to do the work myself, when I see the need, is when it is really to hard to accomplish due to limitations to my abilities, or very rarely lack of time to do it at that instant. TOC keyword[edit]

We don't use __TOC__ in the main namespace at all. It is generally avoided everywhere on Wiktionary.

The ===Proper noun=== is a valid heading. Are you proposing an experimental heading change somewhere? --Connel MacKenzie T C 18:22, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This page describes the use of __TOC__ as "disputed" and has "met resistance in the past" but nowhere does it make it clear that I must not use it. -- Nick1nildram 23:33, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

template:en-noun and regular possessive forms of modern English nouns[edit]

There is currently an active vote at [[1]] regarding whether regular possessive forms of modern English nouns should have their own entries or not. As part of this it has been suggested that the {{en-noun}} template might be modified to show the possessive forms in the inflection line of modern English noun entries (irrespective of the outcome of the vote). Your comments and/or votes are welcome until the end of the vote on 5th August 2007. You are receiving this note as you have edited template:en-noun and/or template talk:en-noun Thryduulf 17:27, 11 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seems you added Italian, Portuguese and Spanish section to this way back in 2005. Is this correct? Did you mean to add them to the translation section instead? Mglovesfun (talk) 18:44, 28 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
