The upper atmosphere occupied by clouds, flying birds, etc. (religion) The place above the Earth where God or other deities live; heaven. Today is World Meteorological Day, which is recognized by the United Nations to highlight the contribution that national meteorological and hydrological services make to the safety and well-being of society.
