Is there a problem with the code template? In the vote text, things like {{code|====Alternative forms====}} seem to be losing an equals sign and thus appearing "asymmetrical". Equinox ◑ 01:16, 24 April 2020 (UTC)

Why not use "Usage notes"?[edit]
