English[edit]

Noun[edit]

banked slalom (countable and uncountable, plural banked slaloms)

The course is similar to that found in snowboardcross, except smoothed out and without the notch jumps or stepwise rhythm sections. Also unlike snowboardcross, competitors run separately instead of jointly in a heat.
