brickwall (plural brickwalls)

  1. (nonstandard) Alternative form of brick wall
    • 1970, Greater San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. Building Rehabilitation Committee, Building Rehabilitation Study, page 198:
      Some beams are anchored to the brickwalls by "dog anchors", some are not, and there seems to be no anchorage between the floordeck and brickwalls.
