  1. An abnormal interest in erotic literature.
  2. An obsession with writing love letters or love poems, usually in connection with sexual arousal.

      Psychologists are familiar with the German term ‘Pseudolismus’, denoting the urge to talk about or to record sexual fantasies, one of its variations being erotographomania, which is the habit of writing, or urging others to write, obscene letters.
