      Cytoplasmic FGFR-3 expression was observed in upper and midstratum layer of lining epithelium, stromal fibroblast cells, tumor cells and seldom in endothelium of tumor stroma as shown in “Fig 3A, 3B and 3C ”. 75% cases (81/108) of OSCC, 40.28% cases (29/72) of PMOLs and 36.54% (19/52) controls stained positive for FGFR-3.
