     Improved customer service: new services such as the Clubcard, multisavers, etc. mean that customers enjoy a better service.

   • 2002, Simon Cotton, Graham Teager, Rob Austin, Megabyte, page 35:

     EPOS can run special promotions called multisavers. For a 'buy two get one free' offer the EPOS machine recognises when a customer has bought three of an item and does not charge for the third one.
