  1. (pharmacology) A fluoroquinolone antibiotic C18H20FN3O4 composed of equal quantities of levofloxacin and dextrofloxacin, that is a broad-spectrum antibacterial agent that is used in topical solution for otic or ophthalmic use or is administered orally or intravenously for other uses.
