plugfest (plural plugfests)
- (computing, informal) An event during which hardware devices are tested for interoperability with emerging standards by physically connecting them together.
- In the New Serial Bus (NSB) plugfest, the FooMonkey device was unable to connect to a NSB controller and therefore did not receive compliance certification.
