  1. (poker) Unable to fold as a strategically correct play, given the current pot odds (ratio of pot size to the cost of a contemplated call).
    The pot is $900, and your stack is $70. You are pot committed. You are forced to go all-in if the villain raises, even if your hand is weak, or else you are forfeiting the chance to win $900.
