  1. To take someone home by car; to give someone a lift to their house.
    If you can wait a couple of minutes, I'll run you back.
  2. To rewind a film or cassette.
    Can you run it back to the beginning, please?
  3. (slang) To revisit, repeat, or do something over.
    Wait, I didn't catch what you just said. Run it back for me, please.
