Baatonum[edit]

Etymology[edit]

Likely from Yoruba ṣòkòtò. Because of the historic association between the Bariba and Ọ̀yọ́ people, Baatonum may have borrowed the Ọ̀yọ́ Yorùbá dialectal form of the word, "sòkòtò"
