  1. (in combination) An egg with the specified number of yolks.
    • 1976, The Poultry Farmer, volume 44:
      One bird of the string, a black Orpington-White Leghorn cross, produced two giant-sized triple yolkers within a period of a few days. The outsize eggs were almost identical in size and shape, and together weighed 330 grams.
    • 1992, Bernard W. Peterson, Briny to the blue: memoirs of WWII, page 219:
      Some ships came in with supplies the other day and among the supplies were fresh cold storage eggs. I had two sunny side up with bacon (both my eggs were double yolkers), the first real breakfast I've had since I left the states.
