- ghost; one of the several doubles or spirits (ökato) possessed by each person, namely the one said to reside on the earth, to be somewhat malevolent, and to remain on the earth after death, wandering and visiting the places it saw when alive in the form of a bleating dwarf covered in jadi clay until another lifetime has passed
