     Section 15 Personality does commence from [the moment] when [a person] is delivered and remains alive as a child, and comes to an end when [he] dies.

     ทารกในครรภ์มารดาก็สามารถมีสิทธิต่าง ๆ ได้หากว่าภายหลังคลอดแล้วอยู่รอดเป็นทารก

     A child en ventre sa mère is also able to enjoy rights should it remain alive as a child after having been delivered.

     เพื่อประโยชน์แห่งมาตรานี้ ให้ถือว่า เด็กที่เกิดมารอดอยู่ภายในสามร้อยสิบวันนับแต่เวลาที่เจ้ามรดกถึงแก่ความตายนั้นเป็นทารกในครรภ์มารดาอยู่ในเวลาที่เจ้ามรดกถึงแก่ความตาย

     For the purpose of this Section, it shall be deemed that a child that is born alive within three hundred and ten days reckoned from the time that the de cujus dies is a child en ventre sa mère at the time that the de cujus dies.
